I coached badminton at Birmingham Liberty Youth Club from 2004 to 2021. Most of my players were between 8 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I run most mornings.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
