Luiz Arthur Soares
Mentor in careers and design
- 🇧🇷 Olinda, Pernambuco, Brazil
- 1992 to 2018
- Portuguese, English
For 26 years I've mentored people in careers and design. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm learning the guitar.
Thank you for stopping by.
More about Luiz
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Luiz: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.

You helped me get my first careers job in 2001. I still have your notes. Greetings from Santarém.
