Blacksmithing, done properly
- 🇺🇸 San Francisco, California, United States
- Old San Francisco Workshop
- Since 1992
- English, Spanish
I've worked in blacksmithing since 1992. I learned from my uncle and passed what I could on to 1,120 apprentices.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I make terrible puns.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Lucía: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
