Small business mentor, Fortaleza
- 🇧🇷 Fortaleza, Ceará, Brazil
- Fortaleza Mentoring Circle

For 26 years I've mentored people in small business and farming. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

What gifts mean to Lúcia: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
