I've played jazz since 1984, mostly in pubs, churches, weddings and anywhere else that would have me. These days I also teach.
My favorite gigs are the small ones where somebody cries a little in the third row.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Lubna
I write my first song when I was 19. It was terrible and I still love it.
What gifts mean to Lubna: A gift would go toward new strings, repairs and music for my students.
