Mentor in law school and software
- 🇨🇴 Bucaramanga, Santander, Colombia
- Bucaramanga Foundation
- Since 2008
- English
For 18 years I've mentored people in law school and software. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm always reading two books at once.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Lourdes
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Lourdes: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
