I coached cross country at Kingsway Athletic Club from 2018 to 2025. Most of my players were between 11 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I make terrible puns.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
More about Lourdes
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

What gifts mean to Lourdes: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
