For 18 years I ran the athletics program at Bogotá Swimming Club in Bogotá. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
What gifts mean to Lorenzo: Anything sent will buy equipment for the junior team.
