I've coached cycling at Bogotá Youth Club since 2016. Most of my players were between 8 and 16, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
What gifts mean to Daniel: Anything sent will buy equipment for the junior team.
