Lorenzo B. Chávez
Engineering mentor, Tarragona
- 🇪🇸 Tarragona, Catalonia, Spain
- Tarragona Foundation
- 2004 to 2025
- English, Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 590 people through Tarragona Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Lorenzo
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
