For eight years I've run the wrestling program at Edmonton Gateway Swimming Club in Edmonton. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
More about Long
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
What gifts mean to Long: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
