Lola Lola Mba
Master of blacksmithing, now teaching apprentices
- 🇳🇬 Bonny, Rivers, Nigeria
- Little Mount Pleasant Trades Guild
- 1991 to 2009
- English, Spanish
I've worked in blacksmithing from 1991 to 2009. I learned from my aunt and passed what I could on to 990 apprentices.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Lola: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
