The Cedar community hall needs a community garden - Rizwan's neighborhood project
We have the land, the volunteers and the plan for a community garden - we need $500 for materials.

For three years the neighborhood has asked for a community garden. This year a group of 21 volunteers, including the parish youth group, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for the Cedar community hall, but no funding.
We have received donated soil and plants, and the remaining cost is $500.
It will serve about 463 people, including school children and their families. We'll hold a build day in June and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
Funds are spent only on materials, permits and safety equipment; all labor is volunteered.
Where the $500 goes:
• Materials: $410
• Permits and inspections: $45
• Tools hire and delivery: $45
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.
