Liton Bappy Ahmed

Helping people break into leadership

  • 🇧🇩 Narayanganj, Dhaka, Bangladesh
  • Pioneer Community Trust
  • Since 1982
  • English, Bengali
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 2,460 people through Pioneer Community Trust. I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I watch every football match going.

More about Liton

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
