Helping people break into farming
- 🇧🇩 Gazipur, Dhaka, Bangladesh

For 31 years I've mentored people in farming and software. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm learning the guitar.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Lipi
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Lipi: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
