For 16 years I've run the boxing program at Newcastle upon Tyne Sports Club in Newcastle upon Tyne. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I walk the dog by the river.
More about Lina
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
What gifts mean to Lina: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
