Helping people break into engineering
- 🇦🇺 Ballarat, Victoria, Australia
- Ballarat Foundation
- 1997 to 2011
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 350 people through Ballarat Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Lily
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
