Liliana R. Franco
Rowing coach, Orchid Boxing Gym
- 🇪🇸 Bilbao, Basque Country, Spain
- Since 1980
- English, Spanish
For 46 years I've run the rowing program at Orchid Boxing Gym in Bilbao. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.

If you played for me, you probably remember the day the fire alarm went off during the exam.
