27 years teaching special education in Mbale
- 🇺🇬 Mbale, Eastern Region, Uganda
- Mbale Middle School
- Since 1997

I teach special education at Mbale Middle School in Mbale since 1997. Most days I teach mixed-ability classes, and I never raise my voice.
Outside the classroom I bake for the whole street at New Year. Inside it, I never raise my voice.
More about Lilian
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Lilian: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.

You taught me special education in 2023 at Mbale Middle School. I still remember the end-of-term party.
