Lia Fitria Siahaan
Mentor in recovery and farming
- 🇮🇩 Jakarta, DKI Jakarta, Indonesia
- Hope Community Trust
- Since 1983
- English, Indonesian
For 43 years I've mentored people in recovery and farming. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Lia
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
