Helping people break into first-generation students

🇿🇦 Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa
Johannesburg Youth Network
Since 2014
English, Afrikaans

I'm a mentor in first-generation students. I've spent my career as a radio technician and now give some of that back. I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I garden badly but happily. I'm still learning every day.

More about Lesego

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.

What gifts mean to Lesego: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
