Leonardo C. Carrillo
Master of masonry, now teaching apprentices
- 🇲🇽 Coyoacán, Ciudad de México, Mexico
- Little Coyoacán Trades Guild
- 2015 to 2025
- Spanish
I've worked in masonry from 2015 to 2025. I learned from my father and passed what I could on to 210 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I'm usually the first one in and the last to leave.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Leonardo
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
