Leo T. Tolentino
Engineering mentor, Dasmariñas
- 🇵🇭 Dasmariñas, Cavite, Philippines
- Silverlake Association
- Since 1993
- English, Filipino, French
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,520 people through Silverlake Association.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
