Leo P. Ocampo
Master of shoemaking, now teaching apprentices
- 🇵🇭 Santa Rosa, Laguna, Philippines
- Sakura Workshop
- 1990 to 2018
- English, Filipino
I'm a shoemaking specialist. If you live around Santa Rosa, there's a good chance I've worked in a building near you.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 10 years later for another job.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Leo
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Leo: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
