Leo J. Lopez
Master of blacksmithing, now teaching apprentices
- 🇵🇭 Bacolod, Negros Occidental, Philippines
- Bacolod Trades Guild
- Since 1988
- English, Filipino
My trade is blacksmithing. I opened my own shop in 1988 in Bacolod and I'm still there most mornings.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.

What gifts mean to Leo: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
