Lawrence W. Henry

Rugby and fitness coach, Mobile

  • 🇺🇸 Mobile, Alabama, United States
  • Mobile Unity Athletic Club
  • Since 1985
  • English
For 41 years I've run the rugby program at Mobile Unity Athletic Club in Mobile. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather. Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I play music while people worked. If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.

I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
