I spent nine years as a lecturer in mathematics at Belo Horizonte Institute of Technology in Belo Horizonte. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more.
I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I run most mornings.
