I'm a mentor in farming. I spent my career as a night-shift cleaner and now give some of that back.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Lahiru
If I mentored you, I hope you're still pushing yourself.
What gifts mean to Lahiru: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
