I've coached swimming at San Jose Lotus Boxing Gym since 2013. Most of my players were between 8 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
