Kumari Samanthi Jayasuriya
Swimming and fitness coach, Jaffna
- 🇱🇰 Jaffna, Northern, Sri Lanka
- Central Community Club
- Since 1994

I've coached swimming at Central Community Club since 1994. Most of my players were between 11 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I walk the dog by the river.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

What gifts mean to Kumari: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
