Kshitija C. Gaikwad
Coached softball for eight years in New Delhi
- 🇮🇳 New Delhi, Delhi, India
- New Delhi Youth Club
- 2012 to 2020
- English, Gujarati
I coached softball at New Delhi Youth Club from 2012 to 2020. Most of my players were between 12 and 16, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Kshitija
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Kshitija: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
