For nine years I ran the dance program at Salem Cedar Grove Swimming Club in Salem. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.
More about Krishnan
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Krishnan: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
