Helping people break into software
- 🇯🇵 Tokyo, Tokyo, Japan

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,880 people through Maple Ridge Association.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

You helped me get my first software job in 1985. I still have your notes.
