Kiptoo Mugisha Lyimo
Master of pottery, now teaching apprentices
- 🇺🇬 Kampala, Central Region, Uganda
- Kampala Works
- 1978 to 2001
- English, Spanish
I'm a pottery specialist. If you live around Kampala, there's a good chance I've worked in a building near you.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I always make time for a proper cup of tea.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Kiptoo
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
