Kiptoo James Mwangi
Cross country coach, Mbale Boxing Gym
- 🇺🇬 Mbale, Eastern Region, Uganda
- Mbale Boxing Gym
- 2011 to 2024
- English, Swahili, French
For 13 years I ran the cross country program at Mbale Boxing Gym in Mbale. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I played music while people worked.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

If you played for me, you probably remember the quiz night we nearly won.
