Kioko Otieno Lubega
Master of baking, now teaching apprentices
- 🇰🇪 Kakamega, Kakamega, Kenya
- Kakamega Trades Guild
- Since 2005
- English, Swahili, Spanish
I've worked in baking since 2005. I learned from my mother and passed what I could on to 1,240 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I'm usually the first one in and the last to leave.
