Kiên Kiên Nguyen
Mentor in leadership and entrepreneurship
- 🇻🇳 Nha Trang, Khánh Hòa, Vietnam
- Lincoln Youth Network
- 2005 to 2018
- English
For 13 years I've mentored people in leadership and entrepreneurship. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I fix old bicycles.
More about Kiên
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Kiên: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
