Kidist Selamawit Hailemariam
Mentor in entrepreneurship and engineering
- 🇪🇹 Addis Ababa, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
- Since 1984
- English, Amharic
For 42 years I've mentored people in entrepreneurship and engineering. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Kidist
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
