I'm a ceramics artist based in Benin City. I've been making things from 1996 to 2015 and I still get excited when a new batch of materials arrives.
I also teach a weekly class at Crescent Pottery, which keeps me honest.
More about Khadija
I've had 8 small exhibitions over the years. My favorite was the one with the worst lighting.
What gifts mean to Khadija: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.
