Helping people break into careers
- 🇨🇦 Laval, Quebec, Canada

- Since 1983
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,940 people through Harmony Youth Network.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Keith
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Keith: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
