For 30 years I've run the swimming program at Rawalpindi Community Club in Rawalpindi. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
More about Kausar
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
What gifts mean to Kausar: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
