31 years teaching history in Cebu City

I taught history at Kilimanjaro Public School in Cebu City from 2006 to 2025. Most days I taught Year 7, and I never turned anyone away.
I ran the school newspaper after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I make terrible puns.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Kathleen
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
