Kartika Jihan Putra
Volunteer mentor with Kingsway Association
- 🇮🇩 Jakarta, DKI Jakarta, Indonesia
- Kingsway Association
- 1991 to 2023
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 990 people through Kingsway Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Kartika
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Kartika: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.

You helped me get my first law school job in 2002. I still have your notes. Greetings from Narayanganj.
