I've coached swimming at Pune Boxing Gym since 1993. Most of my players were between 11 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Kamrul
If you played for me, you probably remember the long bus ride home.
What gifts mean to Kamrul: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
