Kalpana Sunita Bajracharya
Mentor in entrepreneurship and leadership
- 🇳🇵 Lalitpur, Bagmati, Nepal

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 810 people through Silverlake Association.
I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.
More about Kalpana
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Kalpana: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
