Justyna Renata Michalak
Helping people break into engineering
- 🇵🇱 Gdynia, Pomerania, Poland
- 1999 to 2020
- Polish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 760 people through Gdynia Learning Hub.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
More about Justyna
If I mentored you, I hope you're still pushing yourself.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Justyna: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
