My trade is pottery. I opened my own shop in 1988 in Nuremberg and I'm still there most mornings.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I'm usually the first one in and the last to leave.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
