Józef Mateusz Kubiak

Cross country coach, Gdynia Victory Community Club

I've coached cross country at Gdynia Victory Community Club since 1982. Most of my players were between 9 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life. Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays. I'm still learning every day.
