I've coached rowing at Radom Youth Club since 1979. Most of my players were between 12 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
More about Krzysztof
If you played for me, you probably remember the day we all got the giggles in assembly.

What gifts mean to Krzysztof: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
