Joyce Faith Mukasa
Choir director and singer
- 🇰🇪 Embakasi, Nairobi, Kenya
- Embakasi Choir
- 1998 to 2025
- English, Swahili
I play bass and songwriting. I started in 1998 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness.
I teach about 10 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I'm learning the guitar.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Joyce
I wrote my first song when I was 22. It was terrible and I still love it.
